This is a binding legal agreement. By visiting, accessing, or using elizabethnealcoaching.com (the "Website"), or by purchasing or participating in any program, course, coaching service, or digital product offered by Elizabeth Neal Coaching LLC (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not access or use this Website or its Services.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view content for your own personal use only. All program and course materials purchased are for your personal use exclusively and may not be shared, resold, or transferred to any other person.

The name The Sacred Return, the Elizabeth Neal Coaching LLC name and logo, and any other product names, slogans, or design elements displayed on this Website are trademarks of Elizabeth Neal Coaching LLC. They may not be used without our prior written consent in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, imply an unauthorized endorsement, or disparage the Company.

6. Independent Operations & Affiliation Disclosure

Elizabeth Neal Coaching LLC operates as a fully independent business. Elizabeth Neal is not an employee, partner, or affiliated entity of We Are The Women™ or any other organization.

Any references to the We Are The Women™ program on this Website refer solely to Elizabeth Neal's personal certification as a graduate of that program. Such references do not imply any partnership, endorsement, shared operations, or ongoing affiliation between Elizabeth Neal Coaching LLC and We Are The Women™.

All services, programs, and materials offered through this Website are solely created, owned, and delivered by Elizabeth Neal Coaching LLC.

7. Purchases, Payments & Refunds

All purchases are processed in U.S. dollars through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the stated amount to your designated payment method. Payment terms for each program or service are disclosed at the point of purchase.

If you enroll in a payment plan, you authorize us to charge each installment on its scheduled date. Failure to complete a payment plan does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid and may result in suspension of your access.

Refund policy: Due to the nature of digital products and coaching services, all sales are generally final. Specific refund eligibility, if applicable, will be clearly disclosed in the program agreement or on the sales page at the time of purchase. Once you have accessed course content or downloaded materials, no refund will be issued.

If you have a concern about a purchase, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating any dispute or chargeback. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your access to all Services.

8. Program Access & Community Standards

Upon enrollment, you receive a limited, non-transferable license to access program materials for the duration specified at the time of purchase. This license is for your personal use only and may not be shared or transferred.

Within any group program, coaching space, or community, you agree to engage respectfully, maintain the confidentiality of what other participants share, and refrain from soliciting or promoting your own products or services to other participants without our express written permission. We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these standards, without refund.

9. User-Submitted Content

If you submit comments, testimonials, or other content to this Website, you represent that you own or have the rights to that content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. By submitting content, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute it for any lawful purpose, including marketing. We are not liable for any content submitted by users and reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion.

You may not submit content that is abusive, defamatory, threatening, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.

If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of Essex County, Massachusetts. You irrevocably consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

Note on venue: The business mailing address for The Sacred Return is in Peabody, MA, which is located in Essex County. All disputes are governed by Essex County courts, consistent with this address.

The prevailing party in any dispute arising from these Terms is entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs. You agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis only — you waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide proceeding against the Company.

No agency: These Terms do not create any partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and the Company.
