4. Payments & Refunds

Payment terms will be outlined at the point of purchase. Refunds, if offered, will be clearly disclosed in your program agreement.

5. Affiliations & Independent Operations

Elizabeth Neal Coaching LLC operates independently and is not an employee or affiliate of We Are The Women™.

Mentions of the We Are The Women™ Program refer only to Elizabeth Neal’s personal certification and do not imply partnership, endorsement, or shared operations.

All other services, programs, and materials offered on this site are solely created, owned, and delivered by Elizabeth Neal Coaching LLC.

5. Limitation of Liability

Elizabeth Neal Coaching LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this website or participation in our programs.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Middlesex County, MA.
